  I have a lot of parcels mailed to me regularly and I have spoken to the post office about the fact that a lot of the time their post people do not even knock at the door and I am left with a card to collect the parcel from the P.O. This does not suit me as I have chronic disabilities. The post office staff have been told several times to knock at the door and do not leave until I answer. I am ALWAYS home and the work I do has me working about 6 feet away from the front door and I always listen carefully for parcels arriving. I have no doubt that the post office deliverer does not knock, does not wait, does not even carry the parcel to my door, and doe however always have the card to slip under the screen door of my house. This is very bad business and if it continues I will not be satisfied by making a verbal or written complaint. There seems to be an attitude at Box Hill Centro Post Office, an attitude of complacency and incompetence. That is obvious from the reviews on this page.
